Every item below is checked in person, with evidence — a measurement, a photo, a document on file, or a named member of staff — never taken on someone's word. "Critical" items must pass for that category to be badged at all; the rest are weighed together.

Physical Access

Step-free route from accessible parking/drop-off to entrance, under 25m
