Getting Started
Visit our enterprise page and click Register Interest. We'll be in touch within 48 hours to verify your organisation and get you set up.
Members get the best experience with the iPhone app, but they can also access their community space and events through the web app at alwaysthereforyou.app on any device with a browser. An Android app is coming soon.
Yes. Every organisation gets a guided onboarding walkthrough. Organisation plan customers get dedicated onboarding support from our team.
Absolutely. ATFY Socialise is designed to complement, not replace, your current tools. Many organisations use it alongside their existing booking systems or CRM.
Members & Privacy
No. Members access everything through the free ATFY app. Only the organisation pays for the admin tools and premium features.
Angel Bridge is entirely opt-in. Members choose whether to connect their community membership with their family care circle. No connection is ever made without explicit consent.
Never. Health data (conditions, medications, vitals, symptoms) is exclusively accessible within the family care circle. Organisers only see attendance and engagement data. This is enforced at the database level, not just the app level.
You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, your organisation's data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted. Member accounts and their personal data remain theirs regardless.
Features & Functionality
Yes, on the Organisation plan. You can add your logo, customise your space description, and tailor the experience to match your organisation's identity.
Social gatherings, support groups, workshops, outings, fundraisers, and more. Events support in-person, online, and hybrid formats with accessibility tagging (wheelchair access, hearing loop, dementia-friendly).
The system tracks attendance patterns. If a member misses consecutive sessions, the organiser receives an alert so they can follow up with a welfare check. It's early intervention, not surveillance.
Organisers manage their spaces through the web-based admin portal at alwaysthereforyou.app/enterprise. A dedicated organiser mobile experience is on our roadmap.
Compliance & Procurement
Yes. Fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Security & Data page for full details.
Yes. DPAs are available on request for Organisation plan customers. Email partnership@alwaysthereforyou.app.
All data is stored in the UK (London, eu-west-2) on Supabase infrastructure. AI processing happens in Azure UK South. No data leaves the UK.
Every organisation is manually verified before activation. The platform includes welfare monitoring, audit logs, and privacy controls designed for working with vulnerable adults. We're committed to meeting safeguarding best practices.
